Monteza offers this website including all the available information, tools, and services to you conditioned upon all your acceptance of our terms, conditions, and policies stated below. This is applied to all the visitors, customers, and ambassadors of Monteza, so by purchasing something from our website, you engage with us and agree with the following terms/ policies:
A. CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
A.1 We can only refund and/or cancel orders if, as follows:
- Your order has not been processed or no tracking information after 30 DAYS since day of your purchase.
- We cannot ship orders to your country due to some unsolvable problem or custom issues.
-Received damaged/broken items. (We also offer replacement orders for this issue depending on the situation. In our brand ambassadors case, you will not pay for anything again to reorder. Message us directly on Instagram @montezaofficial for assistance.)
Note: Refund request approval will take up to 2 weeks. The refund process will take 10-15 business days to reflect on your end.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after the time frame given, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at @montezaofficial on Instagram.
A.2 Instances that we CANNOT cancel/refund;
- The order hasn't been delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided.
- Used wrong credit/debit cards in purchasing.
- A sudden change of mind.
- Wrong purchase.
- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
B. CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND INFORMATION
We can only update the shipping address depending on the status of your order. If you accidentally input an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, contact us immediately on our Instagram account (@montezaofficial) within 15-24 hours after you purchased.
C. ADD/CHANGE ORDER
We can only modify orders that are not processed yet or status is still unfulfilled.
-If you wish to modify your order or change the items you purchased make sure to reach out to us on our Instagram account (@montezaofficial) immediately.
SHIPPING/ TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details when your order has been shipped out. You can also reach out to our Instagram page for information and updates on your order.
Shipping time may vary on your location's distance from our distribution centers. The estimated time will be around 2 to 5 weeks after you placed your order.
There are possibilities shipment may take longer than the estimated time due to unpredictable situations.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
